Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, the following products cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective:

• AED Units & Cabinets (medical device regulations)
• Body Lotion and Body Wash (personal care products)
• Aqua Gloves (hygiene considerations)
• Swimwear may only be returned if the hygiene liner is intact and the product is unworn

• Free Shipping: Free on orders over $50, shipped via EMS with limited tracking, delivered within 15-25 business days after shipment

While we make every effort to deliver within the estimated timeframes, we are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, or other factors beyond our control.

6. Returns and Refunds

Return Policy

You may return or exchange most items within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for return:

• Items must be in original, unused condition with all tags attached
• Items must be in their original packaging
• You must contact us within 15 days of receipt to initiate a return

Return Process
