At Swim Gear Store, we’re dedicated to getting your swimming equipment to you as quickly and efficiently as possible. Here’s what you need to know about our shipping process:
Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Note: We ship worldwide except to certain parts of Asia and remote locations. Delivery times may vary depending on customs processing in your country.
Returns & Exchanges Policy
Your satisfaction is our priority. While we strive to provide top-quality swim gear for competitive swimmers, aquatic enthusiasts, and facility managers, we understand that sometimes a product might not meet your expectations.
Return & Exchange Timeframe
You may return or exchange most items within 15 days of receiving your order. All returned items must be in original, unused condition with all tags attached and in their original packaging.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
- Contact our customer service team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order.
- Provide your order number and details about the product you wish to return or exchange.
- Wait for authorization – we’ll email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.
- Package the item securely with the original packaging and include the RMA number on the outside of the package.

Non-Returnable Products
For health and safety reasons, the following products cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective:
- AED Units & Cabinets (due to medical device regulations)
- Body Lotion and Body Wash (personal care products)
- Aqua Gloves (hygiene considerations)
- Swimwear (including competition suits, briefs, racers, and tech suits) may only be returned if the hygiene liner is intact and the product is unworn.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective product. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee we’ll receive your returned item.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days
- Your refund will be credited to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed
- Depending on your financial institution, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement
Exchange Processing
For exchanges:
- We will ship your replacement item once we receive the returned product
- If the exchange item costs more than the returned item, you will be charged the difference
- If the exchange item costs less, we will refund the difference to your original payment method
- Standard shipping charges apply for exchange shipments
International Returns Note: For returns outside the United States, please note that any customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees are non-refundable. Additionally, we cannot refund the original shipping charges for international orders.
Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective item or an incorrect product, please contact us immediately at [email protected]. We will provide a prepaid shipping label and expedite your replacement or refund.
